Belrose Service Centre

My wife and I have been sending out cars to Belrose Service Center for years and Armon and team have always looked after us impeccably. Today, however, they went above and beyond. I dropped my car in around 9.30 am for a service and pink slip. Shortly afterwards I got word that my dad had become very ill. I called Armon asking if we could postpone the service so I could take my car. Instead he put the whole team on my car, having it finished in record time, allowing me to leave for the country before lunchtime in a newly serviced car. Just the most fantastic people you will ever meet. Thank you team bsc.

Hopeless, overbook and can’t do their job. Never again

Called ahead with what was wrong with the car. Was told the service would be finished same day. Wasn't finished and promised it would be done first thing the next day. .ANOTHER DAY later service still incomplete due to faulty parts received from scrap yard. Overall service which was forecast to take 1 day and 2 at most has taken 4 days to complete. Staff were friendly but for someone who NEEDS the car to work, which was expressed prior, this was totally poor form. Would not recommend.

We have tried a few mechanics in the last couple of years but Armen and his dad are just next level amazing. We have been using their service of these fantastic lads in the last couple of years and we have been absolutely happy with the quality of their work, knowledge and of course their prices. These guys dropped what they were doing to assist my wife today. Changed her spare tyre and repaired the original very efficiently at an extremely reasonable rate. Great service!!

I have only moved into this area 3 months ago, already I have had my car cared for twice, by Belrose ServiceCentre. Both times, in January and March, I have needed their help asap and they have been so accommodating and fitted me in, even though they were extremely busy. On Monday when I rang, I was told they were booked out for Tuesday, but they offered for the Manager, Arman to call me back. He did and told me to bring my car down, so thankful as it was my only day off and I had warning signs coming up on my dash and was experiencing some scary things going on with my car. I also got a clean inside and out. Was so impressed by the job they did, it looks as good as it did the day I got it. Very reasonably priced as well!

Amen has been looking after our cars for 10+ years. He has always been knowledgeable, helpful, honest, trustworthy, and treats you like you are part of his community. I'd highly recommend him and his family business.

My family have been using Armen and his team, Since moving to the area over 15yrs ago, There honest and loyal mechanics who stand by there work, Very reasonable pricing and have even picked up on faults on cars still under warranty and told us how to get the dealer to fix it. So give them a try if your not happy with current mechanic.
