Absolutlely terrible customer service, refusing refunds on care plans on faulty products no apology snatching things out of my hand while the other staff member laughs at how rude they are acting towards me then spitfully going into my place of work to try get me into trouble because they are so bad at their own job they wanted to make me seem bad at mine. Absolutely disgusted your businesses funeral was yesterday to me rip.

Jesus these women who work in here are just awful. Not only have a witnessed them being snobby and crude while in their place of work but I have seen them just at the supermarket abusing and being rude to the workers. Their blatant ignorance and incompetence is truly embarrassing. Grow up.

These guys are good. Bought a new watch from them which wad my second of what i believe in an in house brand. Good quality watches at reasonable prices. Their location makes for easy access for people in wheelchairs or on scooters. Staff are friendly and they carry a good range

The worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. My gold chain broke after 2 weeks and instead of replacing with the guaranteed warranty, they send it down to Brisbane to be “fixed” and make me wait a month to hear back. Don’t buy from here.
