Today I ordered a bike for my daughters birthday. We live in Canberra but will be celebrating her birthday on the Gold Coast. When my parents arrived to collect it, they were greeted like old friends and were thoroughly impressed with the friendly service. To top off our experience, Adrian organised a balloon and a birthday card for our little girl!Amazing experience

The rear gear-shift cable snapped on my 10(?)-yr old Trek FX 7.4 hybrid bike. Couldn't figure out how to fix it myself. Local stores had closed and couldn't get help from mobile operators, so I took it to the Burleigh store. Got a rough reasonable quote for the fix so I, to save future hassles, asked them to renew BOTH gear cables and also both brake cables. It was done quickly, at a VERY reasonable price (the store can publish the $$ if it wishes), and the bike is now riding tight like new ... the mechanical service and people pleasantness were way beyond expectation. Thanks.

Staff at trek burleigh have gone above and beyond to make new bike day for me special especially after the long wait on bikes can't thank them enough for keeping me up to date with delivery times and when the bike was ready for pickup. The help with the fine tuning of the bike the seting up of the suspension and anything else I might need. The team has answered all of my questions and queries.

Saw a cruiser on special, so I paid a deposit. Less than two weeks later the bike had arrived in stock and was assembled and ready for me. I was promptly notified, and went to the store to collect it. Everyone there was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and went put of their way to assist me. I can highly recommend Trek Cycles at Burleigh, excellent business to deal with.
