My vehicle was repaired after an accident, had already been sent to another repairer but unsatisfactory repairs were done. Vehicle heroes were able to complete the work effectively and quickly to a very high standard and kept me informed over the whole process and were very professional and pleasant to deal with overall. I would not hesitate in recommending them to family or friends or anyone who requires work to be done in their vehicle.

Got a quote from this place for 2500 and was happy to get my car fixed. After the shocking behaviour from the unprofessional rude receptionist, I had changed my mind in doing any business with this kind of customer service. She needs to change her power trip attitude towards customers and maybe go on a customer service training so she can learn how to speak to customers.
