I think a lot of negative reviews are more to do with the particular doctor they saw in the past and not the clinic overall. I have nothing but praise for the reception team, nurse Liz and my doctor, Dr Murali. The reception team are always willing to assist, even if they are inundated with calls and patients asking questions in the waiting room. It has taken me a long time to find a good doctor here in Melbourne and Dr Murali is it. She is very patient, and thorough and always acts in accordance with my best interests and ethics. I absolutely trust her clinical judgement and believes she has my best interests at heart. Due to her assistance, I have been able to maintain a chronic pain condition and be well supported with my mental health. I always recommend Dr Murali to my friends - she is very friendly and has an incredible ability to make you feel at ease, quickly build rapport whilst remaining professional. Thank you to Dr Murali and the whole team at Access Medical Group.

I enjoy my experience at Access Medical and have been going here for over 4 years now. Even my toddler and hubby visits when they need. I can book an appt so quickly that I can even get a spot with my regular GP on the day! I am always taken care of and left reassured about what I need to do to get well again.

I have never written a review before, but today they went above and beyond. I want to say a very heartfelt thank you.I want to say thank you to the lovely staff and doctors at Access Medical Group.My family have been going to the doctors there for over 30 years, my children and now grandchildren.The doctors are great and you do have your favourites they are always so accommodating and if any of my family needs to be seen in an emergency they will always try and get them in to see a doctor.

I don’t often post reviews but when I see reviews that don’t reflect my ongoing experiences I feel the need to speak up, so here goes.Don’t believe all the negative 1 Star reviews posted recently. I suspect the local competition has instigated a bot attack/smear campaign in an attempt to win business.This medical center does bulk bill unlike all the other practices in the area, unless you haven’t been there in a while or it’s your first visit, and I have never had any issues with any of the doctors I have seen in the 20+ years I have been attending this practice.Even after moving out of the area I still drive that extra distance to see doctors I know and trust like Dr Anne Freeman. Yes, sometimes they might be running a little behind schedule but it’s no different to any experience I’ve had going to visit a medical specialist who then charges a hefty out of pocket charge for a 5 minute chat.The receptionist are very polite and informative even when trying to juggle multiple patients and ringing phones. If they were anywhere near as bad as the recent posted reviews are trying to suggest their phones wouldn’t be ringing anywhere near as much.

Can't say enough about this amazing clinic.Always greeted promptly and with a smile (although you can't see it under the masks, but you can see it in the eyes), reception staff are all friendly, doctors are very thorough and up to date with the ever changing medical field and knowledge.Bulk Billing, able to get appointments within a couple of hours if not faster.

Disgusting treatment showing complete lack of respect and basic human dignity. Entered appointment time early with genuine mask exemption. Told in rude manner i would have to wait outside. Stood outside in 35 degree heat for an hour only to have an obviously disgusted doctor answer my one question regarding a mole. Left in under 15 seconds. Felt like an absolute leper. Not only am i healthy, there was a female doctor taking patients unmasked. Double standards much?Reading the reviews of this practice clearly show no care in acting on patient feedback. Its all about the money. If i could have selected no stars, i would have. Read the reviews people. There are many other options for GP practices.

I’ve had plenty mediocre experiences at this practise but today has just been the final straw.I had a face to face appointment booked at 12.40pm. Of course that came and went as is the usual with this place and at 1.10pm another patient was called in to see the doctor I was booked in to see.I asked the receptionist to cancel my appointment as I could wait any longer having taken time out of work. The receptionist offered to reschedule and I said I needed the script today so not to worry about it. The receptionist offered for the doctor to call me when she was ready for the appointment which was a great alternative.I’ve just had the call from the doctor who told me she can’t prescribe the medication I need because it’s not prescribed over the phone?!Just the last in a comedy of errors from this practise. Every single time I’ve been to this doctor my ailment has been blamed on my weight - even down to a nasal infection.If you want to see a doctor on time who will actually listen to you rather than just saying everyone is because you’re overweight then don’t visit this place.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Vijesh Soni, and I must say it was quite disappointing. Not only did he lack professional behavior, but he also refused to sign off on a simple medical management plan that was crucial for my child's childcare needs. It's frustrating to encounter a healthcare professional who fails to fulfill basic responsibilities.What baffles me is that Dr. Soni seemed to have an abundance of availability before I booked an appointment with him, but now I understand why. It's evident that his availability was a result of other patients becoming aware of his lack of professionalism.I strongly advise against wasting your valuable time and money with Dr. Vijesh Soni. It's disheartening to encounter a healthcare provider who fails to prioritize their patients' well-being and exhibits unprofessional behavior. I recommend seeking another doctor who is more dedicated and capable of providing the care and attention your family deserves."

Dr Dhillion was extremely rude my partner went in to request a letter and brought all backing documentation she refused when he asked why she was extremely rude and told us to rebook with another dr, we arrived at 9.30 waited to 10.45am for the appointment after driving there do not recommend using her !

Dr Murali has been our family GP for a number of years now. She is extremely thorough, punctual and goes above and beyond for her patients. There have been countless occasions where I received a phone call from Dr Murali to check our progress, despite not having made an appointment. I have received calls from her when she has been informed of a hospital admission just to make sure we are okay. I have never met a Doctor more compassionate and caring. I highly recommend her to all of my family and friends.
