Star Car Wash - Carindale 2

Came back to a very poor clean and a decent scratch on the passenger side door. The windows still had water marks all over them as did parts of the body, as well as a hand print on the bonnet. They tried to remove the scratch by polishing it and after 10 minutes basically just stated that they didn't scratch the car so it wasn't their responsibility and they'd review video footage but I'd have to wait til they had reviewed this. Pretty unhappy with the quality of the wash and clean as well as the response when they'd scratched the door on a car that is less than one year old. Definitely won't be back again.

Car wash and interior clean was completed quickly within 1 hour. The workmanship was excellent for the price. $79 cleaned the inside and outside and also included a light polish. Would highly recommend.

Placed order online and was upsold when delivering.Left spots unclean and my home vacuum would do a better job after being told carpet needed a detail clean for extra.Didn't clean seats and left polish on car never use these guys absolute rubbish for 135 dollars.Wish I read reviews first.

I really don't like leaving reviews like this but my Platinum $64 wash was bordering on being a joke.It looks like it was not even washed or vacuumed. I had to bring the car back and the responce was even more disapointing, they walked around the car once with a cloth and rubbed a couple of areas. I could have done that myself at home and saved the cost and the return visit.I would strongly suggest to read the other review before going to get your car detailed / washed here..I have sent these photos (taken 20mins after the Platinum wash) and some details to Star Car Wash Carindale 2 and will update this review based on that.

After agreeing to the $69 service, we came back to pick up our car and the employee tried to convince us that we had agreed to the $99 wash and polish. Glad I stood firm and didn’t agree to pay for the “wash and polish” as the job they did wasn’t even worth $69! I could’ve done a better job with a bucket and sponge at home. Marks everywhere, side step covered in mud.. I’m starting to think the car is now dirtier after having it washed!Do not recommend and won’t be going back.

This place offers convenience by having your car washed while shopping. Unfortunately, I don’t think the convenience is worth the poor customer service and disappointing finished product. I didn’t appreciate only being offered the top of the range services when I requested the basic options. I ended up paying $149. After the service, the exterior of my car still has streaks where they’ve wiped all over the body, remaining dirt, and many water marks. The leather conditioning left streak marks with so many spots missed. I was pleased with the interior vacuuming (it wasn’t very dirty to start with) but that’s probably it.

Absolutely worst car wash I’ve ever seen. $139 wash for inside and out. When we came back there were scratches everywhere, dirt all over the car, the floor mats were not even properly vacuumed. They have no idea how to run a car wash. Would give 0 stars if I could

I have used this service before and it was fine, but I got my car washed and vacuumed just before christmas. I had my disabled father with me. I left my car to be cleaned and then was called up when it was ready and had to rush back to pay etc as they were closing. I had to leave my Dad in his wheelchair while I raced to pay and get back as fast as possible.When I got to the car all the guys were just sitting around, I paid and rushed back to my father.I only realised once I got my dad back to the car after shopping that they had barely cleaned my car. My car is only 2 years old and kept in good nick but there seemed to be no attempt to clean the seats, also there were still leaves in the boot when I had paid for the better clean.I wrote into the head office and still have not received a reply.I will not be using this service again, it was a waste of money
