Zero staff anywhere. Waited at the kids shoe section for 10 mins and then wandered somewhere else only for her to tell me it might take me a while as shoes are not my area" Well where is the shoe person?? There were so many customers just standing around looking for someone to serve them. Most of the women that work there look miserable and grumpy. Shut the place down and boot the staff"

Unfortunately this Myer is coming to its end. Water dripping throughout the store. Still good value but the whole centre is being run into the ground leading into the big renovation.

A good selection of products. I was shopping with my elderly dad and we had trouble finding available staff to assist him with his questions regarding sizing and styles available. We managed and got some clothing for him with pleasing discounts.

Everyone was excellent except click and collect lady Jacquie - very rude, kept shaking her head at me as she was searching up my order. The service from everyone else was fantastic though

First I’d like to say Jas from the MAC makeup stall was absolutely FANTASTIC. I’ve never met anyone so knowledgeable and helpful about what works on different skin tones, especially Indian skin. Had an amazing experience because of her and will come again specifically for her advice. Awesome service and lovely person!!

My 5 star review isn't exactly based on Myers as a whole, it's for the wonderful lady who looked after me while shopping for my son's first shoes today. I wish I knew her name, she is incredible with children and was absolutely lovely to deal with. Probably the best customer service I have received in Perth yet.Thank you ❤️
