360 Building and Pest Inspections

We've recently had a building and pest inspection done. Would highly recommend. Great service from booking to receiving the report, and even after when we had a few questions. Also would like to make a special mention of the young fellow that was with Greg. What a great young man. He was so well mannered and not afraid to get his hands dirty, he had a great attitude and great work ethic. Thanks to the team at 360 Building and Pest Inspections.

Highly recommended 360 building and Pest Inspections. They looking after client more than just a business client, with a lot of care. Greg inspected my house about 7 years ago. I reached him out again this time after I having concerns after receiving the current inspection report. Although his time didn't work this time but he used his weekend had a very quick read for my report and reminded me some key points. I couldn't thank him enough!

I cannot thank Greg enough. I rang him on the Thursday evening and told him I needed to satisfy my building and pest urgently. He said he was having a day off on Friday but no problems and he turned up to complete at 9:30 the next morning, on his day off!Additionally, the home is only one year old, my Real Estate agent said many other inspectors would give it a bit of a glance over, he was so impressed at how thorough Greg still went through the entire process. Greg then walked me through the entire house to explain what he would be putting on my report. I had the report by 730 the next morning. Absolutely wonderful service polite and professional.I would highly recommend Greg and the team to anyone going through this process.Much appreciated

Poor, didn’t even move household items to inspect. Reported no active termites yet termites CLEARLY in the garden! They discussed OUR paid results with the seller’s agent!

Overall great experience and would definitely recommend. As first home buyers the inspector took the time to explain everything to us and ensured we were comfortable. They were also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

We have used Greg's services twice and would highly recommend him. Greg and his team were very obliging, professional, honest and responsive. Greg inspected the properties meticulously and walked through the property with us and explained minor and major issues in an easy to understand way. His reports were thorough and delivered in a quick timeframe.

Highly recommend this company! Suzanne was so helpful. She was very accommodating with organising a time and date that suited us so we could attend the inspection. Greg's report was extremely detailed. He picked up a major problem with the house we were purchasing that could have ended up being an absolute money pit for us. We did not proceed with the purchase, however we are still in the market to buy and Suzanne and Greg will be the only people we call for the building and pest inspection. Thank you again!
