We love Bar Orient and would highly recommend it for anyone wanting a special place for a function or just a bite to eat with a cold brew!We were looking for a place to have an Anniversary party for dear friends, and found the Chesterfield Lounge, which is absolutely fabulous, with the old world charm carefully preserved when the place was renovated.Our party went of without a hitch. The food was great, the staff very helpful and friendly. Everyone had a great time!And coming up to the party, we came in several times for lunch, because the food is fantastic and well priced and the beer is cold! Here's a picture of the 1st pizza we enjoyed!

Great big old pub just off the main strip in Freo. Drinks are a little cheaper and the clientele are a bit more interesting then in some of the other nearby big Fremantle pubs. Staff are good, Foods OK and Pool tables are available if you feel like a game.

The venue has a nice atmosphere. When we attended on Friday they had a band playing. The made good cocktails for the misses. The have large flavourful pizzas for a very reasonable price of $20. We will be back again

Had a great function experience in the Chesterfield Lounge for my daughter's 21st with 100 people. No room fees. Such a lovely feel about the 2 rooms with lounges in the bar area and heaps of space in the dance room area. Spirit, our function co-ordinator on the night was brilliant, so personable and attentive. Everyone loved him! and other staff. Food was good and drinks reasonably priced. There was no stress on setting up decorations or packing up with ample time and no rushing. Thanks for a memorable night!!

The band was amazing. But the food is very ordinary. Kitchen - if you have items missing from the shared platter don’t just put extra jalapeño poppers. Explain to your paying customers and offer them something else. That’s just bad customer service. And then the replacement calamari were so overdone they were disgusting. Will not be eating there again. And to the young barmaid pouring beers. You need to fill the glass , not give patrons 2cm of froth.

Tony & Audrey were absolutely incredible to deal with from start to finish when booking the Chesterfield Lounge for our wedding reception. An absolute hidden gem when it comes to its stunning art deco style, high ceilings, floorboard cocktail space and of course, the chesterfield lounges. The food and beverage options available were all incredibly well priced with a great variety to accommodate all. The staff on the night were absolutely outstanding, a special thanks to Spirit for all he did to make sure the evening ran smoothly. Our guests had an absolute incredible time and also commented on how fun the bar staff were. We had the best time and can't recommend this venue enough for any occasion.

We come here regularly and the food is always good. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. One of my favourite pubs around Fremantle. Every night they have a special on the menu.

$5 chicken schitty on weds with any drink purchased. Delish. Cooked well nice and moist. Staff were friendly

Great little pub with food specials all week and happy hour. Always a great place to see live music from solo acoustic to full-on rocking bands. Friendly staff.
