Port City Subaru

Took my Subaru in for a regular service, and it came back with a transmission problem. After 6 months of the standard industry run around with Port City and Subaru Australia I finally got a quote to fix of $4500 to repair. It took a bunch of emails to even get that response. Doesn't give me confidence to pay them $145/hr. I would never buy a Subaru with CVT again either.* update - Port City I won't be phoning in as per your reply, as I have been through the runaround of being on hold/ someone will call you back / one star service too many times. If you are serious you would have called me.

Staff were extremely approachable, hospitable and courteous throughout the whole process of the purchase of our new Subaru.

Such a professional team, and Jill is spectacular with her care, knowledge of my car and attention to detail. Jill also apologised for not contacting me during service and before coming to pick me up as phone lines had been down, which was not an issue as they arrived at the time I expected them anyway.

Hey guys , Not completely happy today, our XV was at the Maryborough dealership for only a 20k service, still a new car . Customer service was friendly , however , when receiving the 600$ plus bill , which is fine , I asked did you give it a wash ? The guy said they were under staffed , only the two of them working. I’m now hoping the cars service is spot on ! For the record our previous Subaru dealerships always gave us a washed tyres clean car .

Recently purchased Subaru through Port City Subaru and could not have found more friendly, helpful guys to do business with. Our salesman Josh was incredible and Cameron too was very helpful. Thankyou both for a great experience.
