Incompetent staff who will do anything to make a sale. Waisted my time coming down asking questions only to get home and the product be A HELL OF a lot smaller than in store. Spoke to manager who couldn't care less about a disappointed staff member. Her reply was poor. Will go to adiars now and never come back.

Today I went into the store and was very impressed by service given by Sharon. She didn’t have an easy job as I was looking for bedding for two rooms. She was very patient, helpful and honest with her opinions. I was all over the place with what I wanted but she managed to bring things together for me and I left the store very happy. Big thank you for all her great customer service!!

I bought 2 European pillows, when I paid for them, I wasn't told that there were no refunds or exchange on them. I bought them for a present, my friend had gone the same day and got the European pillows. I took them back the next day only to be told that due to covid they can't refund or exchange. I told them that they should provide that information to their customers before paying for the products. If I knew, I wouldn't bought them. Very upset.
