Very poor customer service. Unfriendly staff on front of house. Shame as the food was ok. Not a smile, not a hello and the coffee dumped on the table without a word. Now I’m sure if you respond you will say that this will be passed to the Operations Manager. That is your stock answer to all complaints. There are plenty of fabulous staff out there, I would change the ones you have.

I have been to this place so many times, but today i spent good 4-5 hours there as i had to finish off my work, Perfect latte and perfect piccolo.Thanks to Miki - The barista for making such a beautiful coffee and raina for being such a nice host!Thanks to chef for her beautiful and delicious Banana French Toast and Garden Bowl W/T Chicken!Although, food took half an hour to come to me but we were informed that its gonna be around 20 min wait as the cafe was full of customers!Keep up the good work though!Will be back for sure!Beautiful cafe in town!Everyone must visit.

A great cafe in the very central - Cessnock Village Shopping Centre. Served us a terrific Sunday breakfast! They do fantastic omelettes! Nice coffee! Good value, clean and friendly/helpful service. Highly recommended.

wow took forever to get a coffee and a toasting and the staff well what can I say the short girl making coffee and the girl with glasses where discussing shifts and talking on front of customers about other staff the tall blonde girl didn't look too excited to be there and the chef he was on his phone whilst I had to wait for my toastie good to see customer service comes 1st. NOT, AND I paid $13.50 for a coffee and toastie for this service never again

Absolutely disgusting there was a dead cockroach in my straw and yes it ended up in my mouth turned me off coffee for a while was the most disgusting thing ever!!!

Had lunch here. The staff are friendly and very efficient. Received our meal quickly. The serving size was generous and tasted delicious. Was quite filling.

Service is disgusting, orders being given to wrong customer. Poor customer service. When you final have enough and ask where your order is they argue and say you have already had it, then admit they gave it to another customer. If you have a dietary preference there is no guarantee you’ll end up with it.

I had the omelette and oh my word it was so good! Delish with the bread also!! Decent sized aswell and lovely service & atmosphere 10/10 recommend.
