Charlie was extremely professional and did a great job diagnosing the issue with my car. Well priced for exceptional service, he took the time to really explain what had happened and how it could be fixed. Highly recommend!

Informative but lacks communication. Have been waiting for him all morning for him to say was booked by someone else- edit that i had replied asking what time could come 1 minute after his last response, having no response back till almost 11am next morning.

Genuinely couldn't be happier with the service provided, would highly recommend. Charlie came out the same day I called despite being later in the afternoon. Charged a cheap callout fee in comparison to others around the area. Was extremely efficient, informative and gave me options on how to resolve the issue. Fixed it up the same day and even offered to come back free of charge the next day if it was playing up again (Battery/key issues). Did everything he could to ensure quality of service and get it running again. Pricing was extremely reasonable, cheaper than I anticipated. Overall by far the most pleasant experience I've had with a mechanic, will 100% be a returning customer if I have any further issues. Can't thank you enough!

Charlie replaced a super hard to remove oxygen sensor for me that required dropping a section of the exhaust under my ancient Commodore. A physically demanding job, he worked skillfully and efficiently until the old sensor was finally removed and then had the car back together in a matter of minutes. A fine mechanic that I have no hesitation in recommending to others I know.

Charlie was honest, polite, prompt, knowledgeable,, responsive and skilled in all the services he provided for us. We have two vehicles and a utv that all needed full service and he did an excellent job on each of them finding solutions and fixes that others couldn't repair. His billing was also fair, clear and timely. He's a trustworthy mechanic and we hope to use him for as long as he stays in the business.

I broke down with a radiator hose burst. Not being local to where I broke down I rang several mechanics with no help. When I called Stephen Mobile Mechanics he understood I was stranded and came early next day and replaced the hose. He rang several Holden parts dealers to find one in stock close to where I was. Excellent service indeed! Highly recommended.

Charlie was able to slot me in on the same day I called to get me moving as I needed a thermostat replaced due to engine overheating. Good communication and thorough.
