United Petroleum Kilmore (Pie Face)

Sold me a chicken and mushroom pie that was 3/4 cold and a mini sausage roll that was barely warm.Better food at the 3 other servos in town, and that's saying something.Gas and petrol pumps are separate, which is a pain for those with dual fuel.Have previously been given the wrong cigarettes and was refused an exchange.Staff are either poorly trained or just dont care.Advise going to liberty or BP.Deplorable

We went there today 9/10/22 to get a bag of ice and when my friend opened the ice fridge door it came off and the corner of the door landed on his leg just above his knee. He went inside to tell the man behind the till about it so that a notice could be put on the fridge door to prevent this from happening to some other poor person. All the guy did was smiled at him and laughed and stared at us as we drove off. This is absolutely disgusting service we are visitors to kilmore and will never go to United again. I have taken a photo of his leg but do not know how to put it on here.

Topped my petrol up but when I started my car it stalled, which has never happened before…. Drove further and my engine emissions light came on telling me to pull over immediately, don’t drive at high speed, get a mechanic to check to avoid engine damage. It appears the fuel I purchased was ‘not good’ and has now caused costly repair.

Easy access. Fuel price was cheapest here for E10 on 25/1

Purchased a spinach roll & was charged 30c for sauce. Sign says free sauce with any pie or roll purchase & additional sauces are 30c. Not happy Pie Face!

Absolutely apalling. I tried to use a pump with a blank screen today. I thought if I squeezed the nozzle, the pump would be activated from inside. It did not happen. At no time did the screen activate at all. Not even did the $0.00 start up. At no time did a drop of petrol come from the end of that nozzle. So, i hung it up and moved to another pump which worked fine. When I went in to pay they charged me $30 from that first pump with completely empty screen and completely dry nozzle. It is impossible that any petrol came from that pump! There was human error but it wasnt my error! Either the $30 was a drive off before me or the pump wasnt reset after they paid.Even though a photo of my petrol gauge proved that i only put the $40 from the other pump in the tank, I was met with utter belligerence! They called the owner who just spoke over top of me and disregarded everything I said.By now I was really upset and powerless. I ended up paying because I could feel my blood pressure rising and $30 just isnt worth it but I was furious that I was treated so badly simply because I am an older woman on my own. They wouldnt treat a burly man that way! I wish now, i had just paid the $40 and walked out. I would have been happy to go to court.I won't be treated like I'm senile just because I'm getting older! I've been pumping petrol for 50 years. I know when a pump works or not. The machine inside does not prove anything except someone didn't do their job properly!My son called them later and my daughter went in and got the money back ! At no time were they apologetic or did they admit fault.I posted on the community page and several people have had the same trouble. One had the same blank screen on the same pump today. Never again.

Fuel price was good. Facilities look like they've not been cleaned since the place was built.

Edit: It happened a few times now. Today again. Google says open from 4am, but at 5:40am still not open.Usually fine, but needed to get petrol at 5:45, and wasn’t even open yet. According to the listed opening times should be open from 5am

A good place to call in. Get some fuel and a coffee. Help yourself to the coffee machine. It's a good price.
