Really disappointed in the customer service, or I guess lack of customer service. I have walked past this shop many times thinking it was cute and finally went in. There were two staff members by the till, one with short blond hair and one with brown hair, and neither of them greeted me. I did not mind too much but as I walked around the store for over 5 minutes not once did they say hello to me or ask if I needed any assistance - they just talked amongst themselves and occasionally glanced over at me. I almost felt like I was intruding on them, causing a really unwelcoming environment. The clothes were cute but I won't be coming back.

What a beautiful store! It’s a store with everything you need, beautiful handmade gifts, and on trend clothes. I got a large locally made candle which smelled divine for only $30! The owner is an utter delight and was a pleasure to speak to. The vibe is classic Fremantle fun. Freo is very lucky to have this store
