I like the guys. They’re not standing still twiddling their thumbs. If you need to wait to be served just deal with it. They give you as much time as the person before you. Their workload has expanded due to people preferring to buy online during the pandemic. Seriously people, try approaching them with a positive attitude and treat them with some respect. They deserve it as much as you do.

I am not sure why there is so many negative reviews up here. I have been here on multiple occasions and they are always pleasant and give the service with a smile. Sometimes the person in front require extra time as they might have multiple things to be done. Some days, I can see a big line, but it is no fault of there’s. I have seen this line all the post office on the mornings and lunch time. They do what post office is meant to be done. Especially at this time staff shortages across all retailers, we need to be bit more patient with the staff.

Amazing friendly service. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. yes they are always busy but its not their fault. They are always so helpful with me.Especially Thomas. VERY surprised with the amount of negative reviews here as I've been a customer for many many years and never encountered any problems. Yes in the morning it's the busiest time but what post office is not crazy busy in the morning.

The service is very good once you are at the counter but the queues are too long which is why I have to go to another post office (whittlesea) for my postal needs. It was a long standing problem not just with the current owners. However they have put more staff on so the queue is much shorter now Now they just have to arrange parcels so they are easier to find. I have given an extra star in this review edit

Pleasant people bad service didn't even let me know l had a parcel that had been sitting there for over a week, it was only known by me when l rang the company and they informed me that it was at the post office for over a week

Very nice staff, I don't understand why there is so much people negative and mean about this place. The lines might be long deal with it, it's not their fault. They always has a smile on their faces, all of the other post offices I've been to has been mean. Thomas and Paulson keep up the great work!

I agree with all comments here. I try to steer clear of waiting in the long queues after 3pm.I also agree that the female parcel driver is excellent. Other drivers assume I’m not at home and simply leave item collection docket in my mail box. They don’t even ring the door bell. Australia Post should conduct ‘mystery shoppers’ at random times for one month and then meet with the owners to address all issues.

Never had so many issues with post. No idea at all. Redirected mail ,parcels .letters sit in shop with no idea they are there.when asked where mail is when marked delivered on app could sit in shop for days .express post through them is a waist of money.
