I couldn't be happier to have found Natasha. My skin has come a long way since my first session with her in September last year. My treatment is still ongoing but I feel far more confident about my skin. I have previously attended other skin specialists looking to cure acne and blemishes on my face however the results that I have got through Natasha's treatment plan have given me the confidence that I was looking for! She is also very accommodating and punctual and I absolutely love that about her. Thanks Natasha, you are amazing!

I had an initial consultation and was pleased with the recommendations for LED treatments & skin care routine/products that I purchased.I had my first LED treatment and was told repeatedly! that the light will be bright, but my eyes will adjust. Once the treatment was over my eyesight was blurry and sensitive and I had to actually pull over driving home because it was difficult to see. I attempted the second LED treatment and told a different lady of the 1st treatment and was told it may have been the machine and I did proceed to have another treatment which was very different to the first! My eyes adjusted very quickly and had no issues, I told them but no compensation was offered and awkward excuses were given. I have had eye issues since this.I still was willing to go back and prior to Easter went to purchase products needed for the routine. When I went in they had no products available and took my name and number and I was told they would give me a call the following week when shipment came in. I didn't recieve a call. Due to Easter I gave it another week or so and contacted them and I was told products were in and people that had paid were contacted - but when I went in it wasn't offered for me to pay, otherwise I would have done so to secure the products which I use twice a day. I confirmed if they were in and said to them I'll come in the following day and pick them up, which was fine. I went in and got told only 1 product was available. They took my name and number again and said I'd be contacted early May, it is now mid May and I've heard nothing.I really wanted to like this place, reviews were great and the skin care products do seem to work when used consistently, but after my LED treatment, eye issues and still not being able to purchase the products they have recommended for my skin AND my skin now being the same as it was in the beginning but out of pocket quite alot of money, I can't rate this place well.I'll be trying to source products elsewhere.

Terrible service. No effect whatsoever, followed all instructions to a tee, no results. Complete waste of money and when brought up with staff they couldn’t care less. Would’ve been better throwing my money in the rubbish. Do yourself a favour and DON’T EVEN BOTHER!!

Natasha has helped clear up my hormonal acne without medication. I have been extremely happy with the results. She is very professional and explains everything clearly. She also doesnt push unnecessary products which I have found off-putting at other skin clinics. She only recommends products she honestly thinks will help.I couldn't recommend her enough!

I have tried needling etc at other business's and nobody comes close to the service that Natasha provides. Natasha is amazing with all treatments she completes. Her friendly and professional approach is Number 1". Her procedures are completed with a high grade of thoroughness and care. I have seen BIG improvements in my face. It's nice when friends comment too

Where have you been all my life Natasha! I’m absolutely wrapt with the results from my skin program to treat rosacea. My skin has never felt and looked better.In the past, I’ve been to clinics who just try and up sell product and services. Natasha on the other hand treats you as an individual and is genuinely interested in getting the best results for her patients. I’ve been seeing Natasha for a couple months now and although my treatment is still ongoing she has definitely helped me to decrease my acne and redness of my face. She’s very professional, explains everything in her consultations and genuinely cares about her customers. Definitely recommend!!
