Jewellery was very nice!!! However the real hit was Asha the manager!!! She helped with everything going to great lengths to make sure I got the right necklace for my partner.Will be back!!!

Fantastic service. Another retailer screwed up my order, and meant it was likely my partner's birthday present wasn't available (which they didn't tell me until it was looking like it was too late and they took payment!) Ordered from Lily and Mitchell, explained the circumstances and they sent it out very quickly and made sure it would arrive with time to spare!

I think it's a gorgeous shop. Unfortunately like someone else mentioned here the customer service was terrible! I have felt so unwelcomed on every occasion here. There was no hello" or "how can I help you?". The girl seemed annoyed she had to get up from her desk and reluctant to give me information. Otherwise I love the range in this shop

These guys make ordering online so easy. Had a few hiccups with delivery but Lily & Mitchell responded to all of them within the same day and made sure the order got to me safely. Excellent customer service.

A gorgeous boutique jewellery store in Mosman, which carries unique ranges from around the world, with new lines addeded regularly. The excellent, knowledgeable service means I generally want to buy most of the stock every time I stop by! Highly recommended if you're browsing the northern beaches, or looking for something special as a gift.

Order online late Monday night, was notified it had been packed first thing Tuesday morning and arrived Wednesday beautiful gift wrapped! So impressed with the service and communication. A beautiful item of jewelry also

I visited the shop today looking for a birthday present. As has already been mentioned in other reviews, the service is really poor. The girl behind the counter didn’t even look up from her computer or greet my husband and I, and there was nobody else in there! I felt really uncomfortable and left. Underestimating the power of customer service is a big mistake.

What an amazing and beautiful store with Gourgeous jewelry. Jewelry can also be purchased online! I recently experienced above and beyond customer service where a piece was ordered in for me, gift wrapped and delivered! Thank you so much. Cannot wait to visit your boutique again or I might just have to make an online purchase until I can get up to Sydney. Thank you again, just in love with your products and store.
