Qin's Massage & Nails

Do not go here! Went and got my nails refilled and a few missing ones fixed, she was pulling my arm aggressively, sat on a wooden stool ( was very uncomfortable), she didn't refill my nails at all then the with the ones that need new nails she legit stuck a plastic nail on then painted it. Worst nail salon I've ever been to

Nice enough people that worked there however the massage was terrible. There is a certificate on the bench of Qin's massage qualification however I did not have qin and all she did was rub along my shoulder, down my spine a little and rubbed the top of my scapula. Then her idea of a head massage was almost just scratching my head for a few mins.I would not recommend this place. They do offer health insurance rebate there which was good.

Great massage. Pretty full on, but she definitely knows what she is doing and I felt much better afterwards.

ZERO STARS! AVOID this place!! Worst service ever.. bought a Groupon for a massage, called in to make a booking and they would not let me book in the afternoon.. kept telling me to come in the morning even when I told them repeatedly that I work 8-3:30 everyday.. kept saying they are busy and are fully booked.. I asked them for their availability for next month and the month after until the end of the year and still they will not let me book saying they are fully booked.. what makes it worse is that it was the manager whom I was corresponding with.. she was unfriendly and barely spoke English and kept passing the phone around to other staff members to solve the issue which wasn’t solved anyway.. the worst type of manager... unbelievable.. no sense of responsibility, inconsiderate to customers’ feelings, unreasonable and absolutely no desire to please customers.. DON’T GO TO THEM.. they are scammers who won’t give you an appointment!

Warning!!! Worst massage and nail salon.Felt more sorer than before, that was a very dangerous experience. Most disgusting thing was asked massage my sausage, unbelievable!!!!Also my wife had fingers and toes nail done, afterwards she had to removed all of them by herself, she said looks terrible. Don't do inside, they are cheating people, tourist in particular !!!!!!I've reported this place to customer protection WA.

Went to get my nails done and it looked like a kid decided to play dress up on me. It’s so poorly done that I am going to another nail salon tomorrow to get it redone.

Would not go there again. Rude manager. Told me off for spashing the foot bath water, told me off for looking at my toes because then she cant see them. Told me it would take 20 minutes for my toes to dry (when I was leaving I saw that they did have the little polish dryers but she did not offer to put one on for me). Much better nail salons around, avoid.

Dont go to this place. the manager is bloody rude. Aside from that If you had a coupon and you can only booked at 8:00-9:00. Should have post that on your groupon details. But i never seen a manager as rude as this one!!!!!

I’ve had two massages now with Qin who is an incredibly strong masseuse, trained in trigger points. I’d highly recommend everyone try a one hour massage with Qin as you’ll leave feeling relaxed, happy and healthier.

Very inexperienced, not a professional job at all. Tried to talk me out of getting the 3D pearl nails I wanted saying that they wouldn't last. But I realised the real reason was because he didn't know what he was doing.After getting the SNS done after one week my nails were breaking and chipping and I don't do anything that would cause that.I showed the same guy a photo of my nails after one week and he told me to come back in an hour to do them. So I did and then when I came back, he told me he couldn't do them anymore and something came up so he had to leave.I came back the following Monday during business opening hours and they were shut...So I came back again on Friday and again they were shut when they are supposed to be open, according to their signage business hours. So I waited around for 30mins and they finally opened up and did my re-did my nails.I've never had such a bad experience with a nail salon. I'm never going back. Let's hope these new nails last...
