Went there last Saturday. Very slow service , even though I ordered one chicken shish roll. The guy cooking in the kitchen (bearded guy in a bandanna ) went nuts at 2 young guys who were sitting at their tables which resulted in an argument. Complete overreaction by him , and made him look stupid. Appears to be under new management/ownership. Avoid.

The best Turkish food in Sydney without doubt in this branch ( in broadway shopping mall), and for me top food places in Sydney.This place is an example for successful food business as for management, food quality , service and everything.I will explain in few points :-Charlie who work there, is very nice and kind .He is always smiling , very friendly and helpful.(5/5)- The service speed and quality are excellent (5/5)- The food is fresh in very good qualify and reasonable price.Also the food is delicious with good portion.(5/5)- They have amazing salads specially the Tabola.- The mix Kebab plates were very tasty and in good portions.Definitely, i will come again to this amazing branch of Eat in Istanbul. Also i think this place with an excellent service and food should be on top food shops for all over Sydney.I tried other branch in Westfield in Townhall , but not good compared to this one.So the rating is 5/5 well deserved.Best food in Sydney .

The best falafel wrap I've had. I've had their falafel wraps more than 30 times and it never fails to hit the spot. Falafel is crispy and never dry! Get it with chilli, hummus and garlic sauce for a filling meal. It's so good I haven't managed to try anything else for my work lunches. Please never change the recipe!!!

I love the grilled lamb skewer wrap from Eat Istanbul. I visit this location and the one as the Myers food court. Friendly staff at both location.

Really good beef kebab. Go for the tabouli and tzatzik garlic sauce, tomato and onion - best way to have a kebab. Service is efficient and quick. Tables available in the food court area

I’ve been in this place a year ago and this was my 2 stars review:“Long wait.My gozleme spinach and cheese was burnt, so it had a burnt taste. Even if they tried to hide the problem serving the burnt part under.”I’ve been there again yesterday and I have to say there’s an improvement, or maybe last year I was unlucky. I’ve anyway eaten gozlemes better than that, but it was ok.Nice atmosphere.

As a local I spend a lot of time at Broadway and have seen it flourish to a good tenant mix and increased foot traffic. Unfortunately a bad experience can throw off many years of loyalty. Today my blood pressure dropped as I was entering the food court and quickly sat at the first available table. Conscious the table belongs to one of the retailers, but only one of his tables was occupied. Suddenly a staff member, manager or owner (not sure) approached me and my partner and demanded in a very aggressive way that we vacate his table. The level of aggression escalated despite me trying to explain it would just be a minute as I was only sitting there to catch my breath and recover. Poor behaviour, lack of humanity and manners. A little kindness goes a long way!

More of a 3.5 star. My chicken kebab meat in a box was heavy in weight but the chicken itself tasted a little salty
