After years of wasted time & money with Physio & Chiro, I started to see a remedial massage therapist & was starting to see results. That therapist retired, however he strongly recommend that I see Ben at Doveston Health. After just a couple of appointments, I was finally pain free. Ben actually listens! Now & then if I have a slight niggling pain again, I don't hesitate to book a maintenance appointment.

I have been a long term patient of Ben's (just on 5 yrs now!) and see him twice weekly. Throughout this time, I have always found the staff to be very welcoming,polite and of a high profession. Though Body Concepts is a place of business, I have been able to form friendships with them all. Ben has not only become a friend but has been my confidant over these years! He has listened to me (sometimes in my lowest and darkest times whilst in tears/despair); he ALWAYS shows support; offers guidance, etc. Seriously, if it weren't for his guidance, I wouldn't be where I am with DVA right now!! What I truly like and admire about Ben is his proactive listening and honest advice. He has 'walked' along side of me during every step! I trust Ben and that says a lot! I know (having worked in the Medical Profession myself in the past) the importance of not just being a 'number' but to be truly and proactively 'heard' or helped! This place used to be wonderful. Now the director here, prefers patients that get the business the most money. These patients get far better service than anyone else does. I was told by the director that if I posted about my experience here, he would retaliate. Patients all need equal and expert care. Patients will definitely get better treatment, care and service elsewhere.

I saw Jess the physio yesterday for a shoulder problem that has become chronic - She was very thorough and I feel although I have only had one session that my recovery plan will be effective and my health goals will be met if not exceeded. Very professional atmosphere and very easy to talk to staff.

This place helped me get my head around pain, half the battle thank you.

Ben and all of his staff at Doveston Health are always a pleasure to deal with. Even if they are busy they will always find the time to fit you in for an appointment. Very professional yet very personable.

Great receptionists, fantastic physio's and a wonderful dietitian. I have been here before and now my daughter sees the dietitian.
