We were advised when items were ready for collection - earlier than anticipated. We received neatly wrapped parcels and the bride was delighted with the outcome - exactly what she wanted.

I contacted Snap to get multiple items printed to a specific day to match our event. They were unable to produce all items on time. The printed pens came 2 days too late and missed the event due to a problem with the machine. The other items (custom notepads and greeting cards) came on time and were great quality. The service was really good from the ordering process and they were apologetic not producing the pens, however we were hoping to give these away to all our clients, so this was a bit disappointing they never arrived on time.

Leanne went above and beyond in the printing services when I first reached out with my concerns with other printing suppliers of my wedding invites. She listened and provide multiple samples to allow flexibility in choosing the colour type and material. Leanne and Damien were then able to turn around a quote and complete printing in such short notice. It was impeccable service from start to finish! It was my first time printing with Snap and I immediately got the confidence and trust from the get go!
