Unprofessional communication. Stuffed me around for weeks, only to turn around and say I am not eligible for help 2 hours before my first appointment due to working too many hours which I had sent in 3weeks prior. Biggest waste of time and very disheartening!!! Atleast take accountability for the fact you were aware of my hours!

The Fortitude Valley office staff lacks understanding and empathy, and I would not recommend your job agency at all. If I could give it a negative rating, I would.
