There are loads of tech repair places and people.. none of them have the patience and tenacity like Jason. Saturday evening at 7pm I phoned Jason with my issue, sure enough he attempted to problem solve on the call, after no reaching a conclusion he made time for me on Sunday morning. We spent an hour running trial after trial. Finally we resolved quite a complex issue. I’ll say now he's the best and I highly recommend giving him a ring.

I would recommend Jason to anyone, friendly, approachable and absolutely amazing. He took the time on the phone to get as much information as I could give him before coming around to fix my laptop. Jason then took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure I understood

Jason IT just fixed my PC and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Friendly, enthusiastic, professional and was so efficient. Great communication the whole way through the repair. Got my computer back so fast. And it did not cost an arm and a leg!Highly recommended. Great local business.

Had an issue with my PC recently and did a quick Google search in my area. Jason's business popped up not far from where I live and thought I would give a local business a shot.I'm glad I did as Jason was extremely helpful and very easy to get along with, and was happy to go above and beyond to assist with my problem, with flexible availability and extra advice.Highly recommended Jason for your PC needs.

Jason was very honest with my about how fixable my old laptop was (that it was not worth it). He was so friendly and also assisted with recommendations for a new laptop, helping me to make a decision. He provided information and answered my questions on laptop specifications so I did not spend money unnecessarily. I really appreciated the honesty, information and recommendations. If I need assistance in the future, he'll be my first port of call.

Jason's number is PERMANENTLY saved to my phone now.. a great human with vast knowledge of IT , helped me recover what I thought was gone for good.. and fixed a laptop kids had buggered. Money well spent..reasonable rates and fast turnaround. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jason and his service. Hopefully won't need you again too soon, but appreciate you being a local small business.
