Our floors came up an absolute treat! Couldn't be happier! Have already recommended their services to other people we have been so happy with our floors. They also did some repairs last minute without any issues that we didn't know were needed until we ripped up the carpet. Very competitive pricing, easy and quick to communicate with, and just an all round delight to deal with! Would 100% use again.

Andre was prompt and had our flooring completed within a week of quoting. The team came on time and were respectful and friendly and asked loads of questions on arrival to ensure they understood the job and what we wanted. The end result was fantastic!!! Everything was completed beautifully. We had a fireplace which was concerning as we couldn't lift the stone up, but the team were able to work around it and the end result was great! Would highly recommend! :)

NFC has been great from beginning to end. Their price was very competitive and the installation team was very efficient and quick.We had a large area to floor, the installers really knew what they're doing.Andre was great and he was very flexible. We changed our mind a few times leading to the installation but Andre was very easy to deal with.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NFC.(Photos attached are before and after).

Good advice prior to installation made the decision straightforward. Good products well explained. 3 rooms well-prepared, skirting boards removed, door jams undercut, doors removed. Installation, straight over pine boards, went very smoothly, furniture moved and replaced. Doors shaved and all made good. Installers worked for 12 hours with only a small lunch break. Very hard workers. Cost very competitive. We are very pleased that within 24 hours our rooms have been updated and transformed as you can see in the before and after photos below.....

Very happy with Andre and his team. We had our old floors sanded and polished as well as new timber floors laid. Then carpet installed.Andre is always available and very responsive. Extremely happy with the result of all the work we had done.

So happy with our beautiful spotted gum engineered timber floors. All done in one day and such a dedicated team. Beautifully finished and at a reasonable cost.

We've used New Flooring Co. twice recently for laying a new floating timber floor in Sydney and at Lake Macquarie and Andre and crew were friendly, helpful, professional and did a great job. Recommended.

New Flooring Co (Andre) were fantastic to deal with. What made Andre stand out above the other companies is that he genuinely helped as we tried to narrow down the flooring we wanted (both a new hybrid floor and a carpet), plus it was a 'no fuss' experience having him visit multiple times with samples. He was very responsive with all of our queries and price competitive. The two team's Andre had to install our floor and carpet were really efficient, the flooring guys did an excellent job, including a few of the extra requests we asked for. When there was small area of the floor we were not 100% happy with (and it was a very minor level issue) Andre quickly organise a second visit from the team to relay that portion and now it is perfect. Would definitely recommend that you consider a quote from Andre. We had 130sqm of hybrid flooring installed + 3 bedrooms and stairs carpeted and are based in the Northern Beaches, Sydney

The Team @ New Flooring Co were fantastic- Andre visited our home measured up, explained the different quality carpets and the installation process- once we made our decision- the carpet was installed very quickly and efficiently- the installer was very hard working and did a fantastic job- Andre even called in to make sure everything was perfect- couldnt recommend them highly enough- very happy
