Great service and caring staff ! Took my GSD into have his nails cut which he doesn’t like at all. They made him feel at home and welcomed me into the room to put him mind at ease. I would recommend this vet to any pet lover !! Convenient location. Services are well priced. Thank you so much !!

I have been a client for over 10yrs now and wouldn't trust the wellbeing of my pets anywhere else.The Vets & their support staff work tirelessly and always go above and beyond.Prices are in line with all their services and pharmaceuticals are priced by their suppliers.If you find a cheaper vet elsewhere I'd question their abilities. My pets are worth every cent to me and I feel the prices here are inline with the quality of care and superior knowledge of the team.

Kirsty, one of the Veterinarians, is very knowledgeable and takes the utmost care with my 18 year old Layonese CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) cat, Satine. I would not take my girl to anyone else. Kirsty is also at Lawnton Greencross so Satine finds herself going to where ever Kirsty is.

Never had a bad experience yet with Greencross vets in general, bald hills clinic is no different! Amazing staff and veterinarians, would not hesitate to bring my pet here!

Our first experience, me and Humphrey ( cavalier puppy) was absolutely unreal, nurses and vet all hands on with care, they all treated him like their first new born baby, he was very spoilt and very well taken care of, he is a bit of a devil lol

Been on hold for 15 minutes now. Thought I may as well write a review since I'm on hold.They were nice enough when we went to get our puppy microchipped 5 years ago. A year later we moved interstate and the new vet went to update details and found out she has a microchip but it's not registered on any database. I called them and they emailed me a form to fill in so they can register her (the lady on the phone actually was urging me to do it myself online for $15, but figured they should have done it initially and didn't want than to incentivise them for doing half a job) so I've moved interstate again and I found out they still haven't registered her.VERY DISAPPOINTED. WHATS THE POINT OF A MICROCHIP IF YOURE NOT GOING TO PUT OUR DETAILS IN?!!20 MINS on hold now and still waiting. Very disappointedEnded up 45 mins on hold. Fed my baby, did a load of washing and still haven't been able to speak to anyone.Screen shot below on how long I've been on hold for. I called a second time thinking the first time maybe they lost my phone call.. ended up on hold again.

Very nice vet place. Been bringing my dog here for quite a few years now. Great service.
