I must add my endorsement to many of the comments already expressed. My desktop experienced what seemed to me to be a fatal meltdown, at least as far as the HD was concerned. Tony confirmed this and said he could replace the HD with a solid state unit, and would try to recover the files. I had got a little behind with my backing up - same old story. Anyway, a couple of days later the computer was back on my desk, working perfectly, and much faster, and somehow, he had restored all my files as well. This amazed me, as I didn’t think there was much hope this could be done. However, for others experiencing such mishaps, recovery of files from a faulty HD cannot be guaranteed. But, if anyone can do it, Tony can. Lesson: backup regularly, with 2 offline drives.

I have used Tony for years, he always backs up his service, remote login's etc, very prompt and professional with good advice without trying to rip us of. He has supplied us with new computers which are always miles better than the old ones we used to have. He also goes the extra yard to ensure we are satisfied. Great value & highly recommended.
