excellent service and a good range of frame selectionI broke my glasses frame the other day (which i bought from specsavers) but specsavers isn't able to find a new frame that matches with my lenses, stating that they ran out of stock of that particular brand nation wide. However, the owner here found me a replacement frame, and adjusted the temple so it fits perfectly.

They fixed my sunglasses and had glasses straps on hand. Thanks!

I rarely post reviews and when I do, I only acknowledge the very best businesses. I have procured my spectacles through Vainer Optical for the past ten years or so and I go nowhere else. I have found Igor and Rosie to be the consummate professionals and I have been delighted with their skill and their service. Time and time again, they have gone out of their way to help me They are far and away the best opticians that I have yet encountered in my 62 years of life. They deserve a perfect rating. The only regret I have is that their children have not chosen to go into the same profession as, eventually, they will retire.

The only place I trust for my optical needs. This family owned business looks after their customers better than any of their competitors. Lots of love to the couple who run it - Igor and Rosie. They consistently raise the bar when it comes to service and always come through with the coolest selection of frames / options for customisation. I have brought my partner here and have referred all my local friends and family to visit Vainer.

I called in to get two glasses repaired (it seems impossible to find a local business that performs spectacle repairs these days). Ten minutes later, all done with a a smile and for only twenty dollars. Very nice people run this business As others have said, it's service like this that motivates me to get online and leave a review.

Nice store, but unfortunately the owner is not very patient when you ask questions regarding products. I'd asked several questions regarding an item to help me make up my mind, and ultimately being able to make the right decision. But due to lack of patience and abrupt answers I'd received, I decided not to buy anything at this store.

Cant go wrong. Been a customer here for over 20 years and they are the best by far. Amazingly friendly service, thoughtful and reliable.

Igor and Rosie are the most helpful, nice people. They are always so polite and friendly and their customer service is second to none. I have been a customer since 1996. Keep up the great work guys.
