Hi hey tech ,Owen kept in touch as to his whereabouts and how long he would be before he came to us , he arrived big smile got stuck into the computer fix then my iPhone and after that great service he fixed our smart tv and throughout his visit Owen answered all of our questions plus everyday talk as well. We are of the older generation but have embraced the new technology but how refreshing to have someone come int our home with a fantastic attitude plus lots of patience Owen is a credit to HEYTECH and i would not hesitate to recommend this company any time to all our friends and acquaintances

Great service, prompt and professional. Fixes all things tech very quickly. Very reasonably priced, too. Owen is a very nice guy, too. Highly recommended.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------We needed Owen again this week. He was fantastic. He is able to diagnose problems immediately and fix them quickly. He's our go to guy for anything techy.

HeyTech is without a doubt the best experience I have had with any tech support company. I run a medium sized business & tech issues seem to be a daily occurrence. The technician was friendly, easy to understand and not only fixed the issue we were having that particular day, offered a solution on how to overhaul our setup so the problems didn't keep occurring, something no other company (I have used most in Hobart) had thought to do.
