The worst customer service since the lock down. They all look angry and terrible responses to me, not once but twice on different girls ( 1 short middle age, curly hairs, 1 straight blonde)Before young kids was much nicer and helpful.I was in chadstone and other Adair's shop, staff are much more friendly and kind, look after what u need and explain more. Shame on High Point Adairs team

Worst customer service I have had at this store. Refused to take a mix payment of cash and card today. I understand the Situation the world is in at the moment due to the covid19. But don't have a sign up saying card payment preferred when possible if you are not taking cash payments at all. I drove 35 mins to purchase my son a new quilt cover and sheet set to walk out empty handed due to not being able to put full payment on my card...

Jess from Highpoint store gave me an incredible customer service and helped me sort almost all of my Xmas shopping. Her attitude is just perfect! She is truly an asset to this company. Hope she gets recognised for her hard work!

Worst customer service staff at highpoint store. Writing this after multiple bad experiences but today was next level as the girl on the phone kept me on hold for over 25 mins and then 5 mins before store was due to shut she quietly hung up on me, no apologies, no regard for wasting my 25 mins, just quietly hung up and when I called back no answer. Seems like she had important stuff to attend to just after work, which is reasonable but dont waste other peoples time and show no courtesy, especially if you are trying to make a living out of a customer service role.

Short Brunette girl extremely rude and bad attitude. She scanned an extra item worth $190 in my order. When i picked up on it and came back in store she didnt even apologise. Just acted more fustrated that I noticed it. She also told me that the linen set I bought was 70% off. However only took off 49% on the doona cover. When I went back in to clarify she said oh whats wrong now!" Aweful. Her story then changed oh well it could be upto 70% off

Was just served by the most wonderful staff member (I think her name was Alex). Spent time going through cushion options with me and helping to pick a pillow. Best experience I’ve had with Adairs!

About the call & collect service, it is only available for their membership and it will cost you $20 to join. Luckily, I called the store and the staff will hold item for my purchase in store tomorrow. Thanks god that Lockdown ends soon.

Simone at high point adairs provided fantastic customer service. She is the true reflection of what good customer service is! My experience was great purely because of her assistance and great communication. Money spent was worth it not just for the items but for her service!
