Field Solutions Group

The salesman kept reiterating that because Field Solutions is a public company the level of service is spectacular due to the reporting procedures required and federal oversight. We have observed the opposite! Calls are seldom returned, training is almost non existent, Some complaints were forwarded to higher authorities but we are never copied in on the correspondence, and no action is taken. For a communications company there is absolutely no communication observed. 4 calls and 3 messages to the branch manager have gone unactioned. Would strongly recommend against engaging this company. Nothing but lies and inaction. The only correspondence we receive is to remind us that our account will soon be due.
