I brought my car in to have the alternator replaced. The team got it done on short notice when I was in a tight spot. I noticed an oil leak a couple of weeks later, from the alternator. I took it back in, turned out to be a manufacturer fault with the alternator. The owner worked hard to fix the fault and even though he is not eligible for any compensation from the manufacturer, he still did not charge me for labour and was very kind throughout the process. Really nice people!

Absolutely above and beyond service. I've been to many different automotive stores in the past and after visiting Dave at McCoy St Auto Repairs last month, I'll never go anywhere else. Dave was very flexible when my car was delayed in getting to the shop and kept me updated while it was being repaired - highly recommend.

Dave and his wife have nailed customer service. I took my Patrol in for repair. He explained what they did and potential future repairs. The service plan the have is excellent. Small monthly fee to cover the cost of servicing. I’ve got my P-plater on this so I don’t have to pay!!! Repeat customer.

I was in the area shopping and a gentleman flagged me down to tell me that there was something trailing under my car. I was worried that whatever it was would be lost on my 20-minute drive home. I stopped into McCoy St Auto repairs and asked if they could have a quick look to see what it was and if it could be rectified for my drive home. Such lovely people who kindly fixed the issue on the spot. I think this is the benefit of using small businesses who genuinely care and rely on a positive customer experience.
