Krav Maga Self Defence

I started my Krav journey at a women's self defence seminar, which was a fantastic crash course into a simple but effective self defence system.Being a female with no experience in self defence, I was a little concerned that the regular classes would be overwhelming and full of big egos, but this couldn't have been further from the truth. Sven and his instructors are open, friendly and professional, and have worked hard to cultivate an inviting and friendly environment suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.I haven't just gained a set of skills that make me feel safer and more empowered - I've gained a family, and would recommend Krav Maga Self Defence for anyone who is interested in learning effective self-defence skills in a fun and supportive environment.

I wanted to do something different besides the usual gym workouts. Learning self defence is not only useful but also builds confidence and awareness of the world around you. I chose krav maga because I found it to be the most natural of movements. I have been doing it for 4 years now and am loving it. Highly recommend it for self defence and fitness.

A great place to learn self defence for kids! My two children love going & not only are they learning an important life skill, but other benefits such as using your voice in a confident manner, coordination & exercise & gaining overall confidence. They participate in other sports as well, but can honestly say this is where they gain the most in their development. The added flexibility of attendance fits perfectly with a busy family life as well!

Great atmosphere and knowledgeable trainers

Had to work away for a week and thought surely there is a krave maga around i can train at instead of staying in the hotel room. Gave these guys a ring. With there encouragement and being affiliated with other branch's around i was able to keep up my training. The trainers are well skilled and willing to help with any issues or questions you have.

As a teenager self defence can be very useful in certain situations. The instructors have made it very welcoming and informative for both children and adults allowing every age group to be able to have fun and defend themselves. The techniques are simple to learn but very effective 10/10 can't wait for my next class

Started private lessons in May of 2021, and absolutely loving it. Staff are very welcoming and helpful and my trainer (Greg) is awesome. I am enjoying it more than I thought I would! GREAT place to learn.
