Technician was professional and polite, knew what he was doing and got on with the job. Communication from the office about his time of arrival was excellent- this all made for a very pleasant experience- something that is quite lacking in service companies these days - will be using 000 for ongoing work and will be highly recommending them to family and friends.

Very happy I used them. I have a call to fix my pest issue and immediately they knew what was happening and helped me the same day within a couple of hours. There are no more noises from the roof for now. Thanks a lot.They recommended doing this every year to keep it up.

Amazing quality for price!These guys are fantastic. We have dealt with them twice, both times for wasp removal.The first time, they responded to my phone call at 8pm at night, and they were at our house by the next day. We live in a duplex and we received a discount for being able to exterminate a couple of other neighbours' wasp nests it at the same time! (Very important as any nests in the area can result in reinfestation).When the wasps came back, we knew who to call. The owner responded that same day, organised to come exterminate all the nests the next day, and did so for only a little bit more than before. We were so impressed we tipped them!Both guys who we have had come have been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They have arrived on time, completed the job promptly, and helped with clean-up. I would recommend 000 Pest Control to everyone!

Ash came out and was not only professional, and lovely but explained the entire process and answered all my many questions. The woman on the phone was the only one to call me back and was just as informative. Highly recommend.
