Have been going to Elite for a number of years now. It's well priced and a no fuss salon, they are quick and great at what they do. They want their clients to be happy.

I love going to the hairdressers at Elite hair and beauty!! They are always so welcoming when you enter. The staff at EH&B are open to listening to what you want from your appointment and always explain what they are doing. I love my appointment time each and every time I go. I have recommended to many friends and family and they have always have the same glowing response.

I had a terrible experience at this hairdresser. I booked an appointment a little while ago to go balayage (I had brown hair and a few blonde highlights at the time). I didn’t realise my hair was damaged/ breaking. They brought it to my attention. I always listen to hairdressers advice and will not dye if it’s recommended. The hairdressers were rude and kept saying over and over that my hair was really damaged making a scene about it. I really wanted to walk out because I was so embarrassed. I didn’t even know my hair was in this condition. They didn’t recommend a plan for how to repair the hair to ultimately be able to dye in the future. They just did a toner to fix the tone of the highlights.The hairdresser said come back whenever (I assumed so I could get another toner) so I booked in again and it was a repeat of the same experience. This time she said you can’t dye for 12 months. I went to a different hairdresser and they recommended a plan to work towards and did not ridicule me for my hair condition. They suggested I come in for 3 appointments to have a k18 treatment, shampoo and blow dry and after those 3 appointments they would slowly incorporate a few foils to build up the blonde. My hair is now much healthier and I was just happy to have a plan to work towards and be treated with respect.

An appointment filled with snarky comments both from the girls, Alison was constantly telling me that she had to go pick her kids up at a certain time and it really felt like she was rushing (a rushed bleach job is a bad bleach job) rude comments about the state of my hair despite the fact that Georgia was the last one to do cut and dye my hair. I ended up walking out with a streaky brown, blonde and pink mess that was snapping and falling out every time I touched it. Such a bad and expensive experience I won’t be back
