Centurion Garage Doors

Our door broke just outside of warranty period. When we got someone out to fix it they said it wasn't installed properly. New build with summit homes. Broke again tonight 3 months after the last break. Don't buy a centurion door. Unless you like wasting your money.

Phoned to see if they could help for a remote for a Gliderol door (as they are no longer in Bunbury) and Jenny said they could not but told me to go to Bunnings and they are agents for Gliderol and could help Thanks Jenny - Shane

Had the garage door installed crooked in 2021, keeps coming off the runners. The fault is still occuring, dispite having them out a few times to repair it, happened again today. This time though i think I'll look at getting another compay out to replace the door and mounting hardware.Do yourself a favour and look at another company to do the install works for your garage door.

Had them out to replace both springs after one snapped. The sectional door was installed when the house was built 15 years ago and has been used heavily (we use it as the main entrance/exit instead of the front door). Good life so far as this is the first major failure we have had with only minimal maintenance (lubricating rollers, chain and adjusted the spring tension a few times after the mover started shearing split pins).Rates were competitive and the technician did a good job setting the spring tension, the door pulls upward slightly when disconnected from the mover. Would use them again. Agree with other posters about the remotes, I bought half a dozen online for the same price as it would cost for two locally.Can't fault the unit life though, mover will need replacing sooner or later but still ok for now (Centurion brand).

Had garage door installed via a build with Scott Park abouth 3 years ago. The door is not very solid some of the bolts popped out about 2 years after installation - unfortunately, looking into it, the warranty was only a year! Crazy! Had to repair door myself. Also the remotes provided are cheap crap. And when they fail, they want $96 for a replacement. Can get replacements on ebay for $15. What a rip. If I build again, i'll insist on a different door provider.

I have had two new panel doors in two house in the last 8 years installed by these guys. Both installs very good. I had a broken hinge in the first door which they gave a couple of new ones free. The second door had a fault and jammed just out of warranty and Pete was there within 3 hours and fixed it no charge, it now operates better than before. Great job both times, well done keep up the good work.

Bought a Merlin remote door opener due to not having room to fit a manual chain drive unit.Got delivered as a service person was in my town the next day.After going online to register warranty, i discovered a $200 price difference between every other supplier and Bunbury Centurion doors! $439 everywhere else, $675 in Bunbury.

Super helpful with great customer service which is getting very rare these days. I’ll certainly engage with this business again

Bunbury Centurion garage doors, extremely poor customer service. Door had only been opened a dozen times, stopped working turned out all the brackets were loose and were catching on the rollers. Poorly installed and would not come out unless paid them an 85$ call out fee we live 1.5 km as the crow flys from the work shop!
