Martin is an absolute legend! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and incredible at what he does. Walk in with aches and niggles. Walk out feeling amazing with exercises to keep you traveling well. Cannot recommend him more!

Jessie is amazing! She explained what she was doing so I understood everything. She asked questions and collected lots of information that I didn’t realise would be connected, but she put it all together to figure out how to help. The whole team at Procare are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!

Took my 7 week old baby to see Jo, as she was a very unsettled newborn with tongue tie/digestion issues. Jo is such a warm and friendly person, who makes you feel so reassured and calm. She is a wealth of knowledge, and I learnt so much from her and will now always recommend a paediatric osteo visit for unsettled babies! She definitely has magic hands and really helped us in our newborn journey. Thanks Jo.

You can’t go wrong. Every practitioner is gold. I’ve been going for years and I’ve seen everyone and they are all excellent . I wish I could rate them 6 stars. I always come out feeling better.
