Medi7 St Kilda Rd

I recently had the pleasure of receiving medical care at Medi7 St Kilda Rd. The entire experience was great from start to finish. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and confident. The medical professionals demonstrated expertise and provided clear explanations. The administrative staff was efficient and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Medi7 for their outstanding service and commitment to excellence.

Been short of breath the past few days, so much so I almost passed out the other day. The doctor examined me for all of 5 minutes. He gave my lungs one listen, said I was fine and charged me 75 dollars (why I wasn't charged for a quick consultation and charged the standard time I'll never know. Wasn't seen till 1:02, got out at 1:07, receptionist didn't put my payment through till 1:10 cause she was on the phone. Ridiculous). Have come home and had nothing but coughing fits since. Still struggling to breathe and probably going to have to go wait hours in the ED to be taken seriously and not scammed out of money. This is why people hate going to a GP. Waste of my time and moneyUpdate: I went to a bulk billing GP days after this visit. After several tests and a specialist referral I've been diagnosed with Asthma and a bad dust mite allergy which has been causing asthma attacks (the fits mentioned above). Glad that other doctors cared about my health rather than making money like this clinic.

Dr. Bede has been my wifes and recently also my own GP and we are extremely happy with him. It's easy to get an appointment and there are no long waiting times. He is always very friendly and we feel like he genuinely cares about our wellbeing.

The doctors are great but I did have an issue with the administration staff. I had booked an appointment that took an hour to get to and needed to be organised around work. I received a call when I arrived that my appointment was mistakenly booked and needed rescheduling. Considering the inconvenience I had thought something could have been done about it.

I love to visit Dr. Hellen Fisher who is one of my two favourite doctors when I’m in Melbourne. She is always be patient and be kind to me, which lets me feel like so comfortable and less stressed. Highly recommended！

I love this clinic! Josh is such a friendly receptionist and the three doctors my partner and I have seen, Dr Helman, Dr Lucca and Dr Ghali have been great and considerate.I have never felt rushed and appointments have been thorough. It's good quality healthcare and you won't be overcharged.

As an overseas visitor I was very impressed with the help advise that was shared with me . Everyone was efficient and friendly and helpful even down to directions on how to get to the path lab. Dr. Luigi was very helpful and reassuring and knowledgeable about my problems. Thank you.

Let's just say, you're spoilt for choice with the outstanding Doctors here, though my favourites are Drs Helman ( an absolute legend, so knowledgeable and pastoral and great sense of humour!!) and Dr. Bede, young, astute and caring.The nurses are incredible, so caring and knowledgeable and Josh the receptionist makes everyone so welcome and is an absolute professional.And they offer so many other services as well, such a physio and podiatry.

I’ve been a regular patient of this practice for a few years, seeing various GPs, nurse and the physio. Collectively, they are a great team. My main GP always runs late, so I plan around that. They are worth it, due to their approach in patient care.
