Key thing for me (and has never been more relevant) has been working entirely remotely with them in a very streamlined way on every single return.Marina lets her customers know of important changes each year and if you've missed anything when providing all your details for the year - they always clarify.

terrible accountants they managed to lodge my bas to the wrong abn then did nothing to rectify it i had to pay another accountant to fix the mistake costing me more then double and they also missed half my expenses.
