Woolworths Wagga Wagga North

Customer Service at this store is disgusting. I don’t understand, if you cannot speak to customers respectfully then customer service isn’t for you.Unfortunately, I visited this store today, as it is my local store, the worker in the smoke department was visibly annoyed at something, I witnessed them be quiet rude to the gentleman ahead of me. When it was my turn to be served, I was quiet polite, I had asked for the product, the worker had asked to see my ID and my partner ID also, this was completely fine, I handed over my cash to see a different price on the screen compared to what I usually pay, I asked the worker to show me the smokes, she processed payment then showed me, I had mentioned they were the wrong ones and had asked for the correct ones, I happily handed over my money to pay the difference to then receive a massive lecture off the worker, stating that I was messing around and that I need to confirm my product next time before handing cash over. I apologised and did say I asked to see them before you processed payment, the worker continued to be quiet rude, I grabbed my change and products and walked out as she was still continuing her lecture towards me.I’ve never experience this before and it is quiet upsetting. Hopefully this is a once off encounter.

Deli is sub standard lacking the basics try the big woolworths better alround

Worst mgmt! Staff will keep on gossiping and ask to self-serve even when quiet! Other shopping centres in town much much better and helpful

Clean, plenty of produce. Easy parking out front. Friendly staff.

Parked in back street and had to walk all the way to the other end of store to actually get in to buy. I can't see why you can't get in both ends. Hard going for us older people. First time I have shopped this Woolies. Deli had not much selection of various meat cuts. Walked the shop looking for a item as not were I would have thought. More than likely have to use the Woolies in the Market Place from now on.

Customers were lined up to use self service and 1 self service machine was OUT OF ORDER. Only 1 Checkout Operator was operating who was overwhelmed with the influx of customers and 2 female staff members stood by engaging in conversation with each other. Absolutely poor service and blatant disregard for customers.

Clean. Shelves were stocked with sufficient stock. Staff were pleasant, and knowledgeable. Good sized store.

Great location and easy access

Only have one selection of mandarin, and no seedless, bought 3 oranges instead, when at checkout, found 2 were rotten spots still bought as was juicing and would cut out rotten bits.

Classic Woolworths with staff stacking shelves and making you feel like your in the way...Otherwise this one is a bit messy.
