Had a very similar experience with Jon as well. Trying to find out simple answer to questions like:Q.Do you have any builders that build your kit homes?A. I got 3 none responses than I call him out on this via and he finally said they do but only after you get your custom design for $3000. If he just said that upfront it wouldn't have been that bad but he avoided the question.Second to that. How do people wanting to get a kit home build get an idea of the cost without getting a rough quote of a similar design they want to have built. Seems like a responsible ask from a potential client.I asked him if they do a 2 phase design. He responded that they do. I ask for examples of past clients with rough quotes. No response. I asked 3 times over different emails and they never got answered.Jon seems to busy or doesn't care. Keith seems lovely but I have no idea why he keeps Jon on.The end result was we can't be bothered helping you figure out if a kit home works with your budget. The product, concept and idea is amazing and I wish them all the best but I have no idea how they can get away with this level of service.

Dealing with these guys was an absolute pleasure they really know their stuff, Don't know how many times I rang Jon for information and ideas ,he was superb to deal with, if this is the sort of service they provide , I will look forward to these guys building my new kit home.

I have chosen to build my dream home with Imagine kit homes . All the staff have been professional and helpful beyond expectations . I asked for custom mods to a house that I chose to suit my needs everything was done without hesitation. When erecting the frame we were in constant communication with all staff and it was nice to feel that they were there all the time to answer questions or help with advice. I have been impressed with the quality of the home and would happily recommend their kits with confidence . Definitely a good choice and a great experience !

We bought a kit home from Imagine Kit Homes and couldn't be happier. Although they have a huge range of pre-designed plans, we loved the fact they would design one that was exactly what we wanted to suit our site, design style and budget. Having worked with traditional architects previously, I can say this was a faster and less expensive experience that got us a great outcome. We employed a builder to construct the home from the kit, but I would say you could also do it yourself. These are proper houses, with high spec finishes, so don't let the 'kit' in the name fool you. We also liked the steel framing, which is all pre-assembled and the panels go together on site like a giant Meccano set. Apart from the obvious time saved, I believe this style of construction also saved us money with less labour. We found the kit price to be very reasonable and would certainly do it again.

Beautiful designs, cost effective and as straight forward as you can get. Do as much as you want to lower the costs. I'm in the process of building my first build with them and very happy and excited.

I want to comment on some of the reviews here.Firstly I have not built with Imagine kit homes (IKH) but as a civil engineer I have built 4 homes in my life and know about construction. I have also observed a friend building with IKH and, whilst the end product was quite good, the process and professionalism along the way left a lot to be desired. During that time I was able to closely observe IKH's responses and emails when things went wrong (as they do in any project) and what I observed is that when things do go wrong IKH blame anybody but themselves. I spent a lot of time with my friend helping him work out how to respond and mange each challenge IKH gave him.As you can see from the bad reviews below, the owner blames the customer when the customer doesn't like his service or gives the owner critical feedback. In addition I am not sure why the owner feels a customer's other reviews has any bearing on his ability to review IKH. Seems a petty response to me.Lastly, worth noting that a glowing reference from an employee is hardly an independent review.Maybe it's time the owner and IKH put some focus on how to take feedback and how to resolve issues rather than pushing back and blaming others. Good customer service and responding to customer feedback is all part of building a great company and I encourage the owner to do that.

Imagine Kit Homes has a wonderful range of designs to choose from. Keith has a wealth of knowledge and so very easy to deal with. I am looking forward to working with them on my next project.

Great talking to Jon today from imagine kit homes. Being a first time owner/builder the process can be very overwhelming, but his making it as easy as possible and taking alot of the stress from the process. Love that we can tweek the design to make it perfect for our needs.
