Amazing service and expert repair.These guys are life savers. Working away from home and computer just wouldn't power up. Took it in to these champions and explained I had travelled up for the day to work and that I really needed a quick repair done. These guys worked out the problem before I had left the building and fast tracked the repair. I had the computer back within half an hour and back to work I went. Absolute legends. Best service. So polite and obliging. Highly recommended.

Not a good experience. I came into the store with my mac and payed $270 to get it fixed. 2 days later, when I got the laptop back it used it for not even 2 hours, it broke. So we went back to the store to get it fix. What we didn't know was that he used sticky taped the cable to the motherboard. I handed in the macbook again, and in the process of fixing it, he broke it. He didn't even refund the money he took. Would not recommend going to this technician.

I have been using Starcom for a number of years. Have bought several laptops from them, and they have also upgraded and serviced several of my laptops.They have good prices and their service is fantastic.I can highly recommend these guys.I travel all the way from the northside as they are the best computer shop, for my needs, in Brisbane.

Starcom was recommended to me by a family member who had used their services and was very happy with the outcome. I had problems with Windows 10 on my laptop and took it to Starcom. This was after contacting Mircrosoft help desk to no avail. Seth and Martin at Starcom provided exceptional service, quick turn around, restored and fixed my laptop at a reasonable cost. What initially prompted me to purchase from Starcom Laptops Computers was there low prices. The mobile workstation Laptop I was inquiring about (HP Zbook G6) was quite expensive and Al made sure that I was happy with the price and eventually I was. But as I begin the process of negotiating with them, not only was their prices really good, the overall service they provided was exceptional and the best part, it was all done online without any face to face dealings. Prompt & quick delivery. Communication was excellent. And if I needed further assistance, he was there to help in any way he can. Very pleasant experience. Can't stress enough how good this seller is. Highly recommended!

Was recommended Starcom through a friend after my laptop had some issues. Their repair book in process was very easy and the ability to speak directly to the technicians was great. Turnaround time was same day which was astonishing considering the xmas period. staff was helpful showing me the new laptops on display and will return to purchase once this one dies. Thanks guys!
