Have been looking around for a Petrol High Pressure Cleaner, we popped into Pumps Australia and was met by David who was very friend and full of great knowledge on all the products. We had lots of questions and David answered them all and put our minds at ease. We walked out with a fantastic pressure cleaner at a great price.

Supplied a hot water pressure cleaner for agricultural use. Great service and price - very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The product is very well made and high quality. Backup with advice, parts and service has been excellent.

I have had a high pressure machine from this company for roughly 3 years. It was great for the first year. But after that I had nothing but problems. After reglular services with them there were continuos problems. I replaced the pump seals 5 times, unloaded valve twice. But most recently I had the pumps seals replaced in December, used the machine twice and the seals needed replacing again. I was charged each time to replace the seals and the explanation from them was tough luck, not our problem. I understand that pressure machines have wearing parts and need regular maintenance but a part should be warranted for more than 10 hours of usage. A $4000 machine has cost me easily another $4000 to service in 3 years. I will wait for the recently fixed machine to break which I'm sure won't be long, and purchase a quality product from someone else. Steer clear of this company

First class service from these guys every time. I am genuinely appreciative of the level of service i have received, from front office to the guys in the workshop. I bought my first machine from these guys about 10 years ago and have returned regularly for service, repairs, upgrades and advice ever since. They are second to none and have always acted with integrity (not much around these days)For someone who is not mechanically savvy, i appreciate the clear explanations on the work being done to my machine and how i need to look after it to prevent further issues.My latest service and repairs were fitted in the next day ....most grateful!!

Bought pumps off these guys meant to be suitable for diesel, all pumps had seals fail and when you ask them to fix they say you return and we can look at it" when its fixed they send it back and lump you with freight and claim they don't have a freight account........ probably only one reason they don't

We had a total of 5 hoses made by pumps Australia and 5 hoses failed.4 of which crimps failed and one the hose failed.. They offered no support or warranty and charged us for repairs which subsequently also failed..Cheap quality and poor customer service! We had the hoses remade by a local hose repair company and the quality difference was recognisable and the hoses similarly priced have never failed.

New Exactly what I needed and had it in stock , saved the day , and affordable , Good friendly service , good to see an organisation with people skills
