Herman was very understanding of our needs. He was very accommodating of our schedule, was easy to work with and friendly. He took the time to explain what was involved in the treatment process and why he was recommending the solution. The level of service was exceptional and he completed the task in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend his services and would gladly use him again.

I had a European wasp nest in my front yard and researched DIY ways of dealing with it. The result of my research was that this job is best left to a professional. I chose Positive Pest Solutions because they appeared to be a small privately operated business and they had excellent reviews on Google. Herman was excellent - can't fault his service. Unlike many 'tradies', he turned up when he said he would. I'll definitely be choosing Positive Pest Solutions if I ever have another pest problem. Oh, and by the way, I was not asked to write this review!

Cannot say enough positive things about Herman and the team.I heard scratching in the walls while falling asleep. Immediately contacted 5 pest control companies via google maps, by lunch the next day I had a call from positive pest solutions, and by 5pm Herman had arrived. I was lucky that he was between jobs and in my area at the time.He was very professional, even snuck around the house to avoid WFH webcams. Diagnosed the problem, sorted it out, and within 30 minutes he was gone again.He not only responded first, he also charged at the same rate as the cheapest other quote I received, and no competitor offered a same-day response. He was here 2 weeks ago. Scratching in the wall stopped after 4-5 nights, and nothing since.

Herman was punctual and straight to the job. He also very transparent on what he will do and the outcome of his work. He really knew what he's doing and we're very happy with the outcome. Definitely will call them again for another extermination. Thanks!

Herman and Mel are great! Easy to work with and accommodating with scheduling. We have had Herman spray our home for general pests for a number of years now and he is always on time, efficient and the sprays are effective. I could not recommend Positive Pest Solutions more. Less than 24 hours after I called, Herman came to our house and looked around, sorted out the problem, answered all my questions and left within the hour. Herman & Melanie (the receptionist I spoke to) are both very friendly, personable and professional. Herman also reassured me if the problem wasn't resolved in a few weeks, they would come back free of charge and also sent this info in the warranty. Overall, a really positive experience! Herman was responsive and had decent availability to come help with a little mouse (?mice!) who joined our house. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I have a baby, toddler, preschooler and a dog and Herman patiently answered my 101 questions!

I’ve been using Positive pests solution services for 3 years in a row and they are best in the business. Herman is very professional, polite and very accomodating. I’d spiders, ants, cockroach and other insects issue inside the house and every treatment got rid of them and generally lasts for a year. Due to regular treatment, the overall infestation has also reduced over the years. His team is very reliable too. We were away on holidays but Mel from his team organised a treatment on our chosen day and got it done without any hassle. Their charges are very reasonable too; given the A+++ quality work they do. Highly recommend using their service if you want pest control done.
