We found the two staff quite rude. As we walked in my husband said hello and they said nothing and stared at us. They continued having their conversation almost whispering to each other. They were not approachable at all! A lady that they knew walked in the store and they were very welcoming to her, but we were invisible. Not a good impression coming through Torquay.

Very informative and extremely helpful ladies at the Torquay visitor information centre. Even reading each other’s mind when one was looking for a particular brochure. Highly recommend this facility.
