This was our first time in Collie and unfortunately our car had some problems. We were unfamiliar with Collie and we went here to get our car checked. The service here is extremely great and would recommend any newcomers visiting collie to come here if they face any problems in their car. Michael was very kind and generous that he even offered to check our car even though it was his office day.

It was our first time to collie. We experienced a car issue. This place was the only one open. Michael helped us understand the problem and to help fix it! He’s very friendly, polite and helpful! He totally deserves collie citizen of the year!Would 100% recommend him to anyone who’s having car problems!

Wrote it on Facebook and gonna write it here too.One of the best mechanics. I highly recommend this place. When my boss called him about our car, he didn't start saying that he's busy, but still told us to come down, so he can have a look at our car. Booked us in for the next day for repairs. And also if You are a backpacker, that is the place to go. It's not expensive and he actually let's You know what he has done and what to keep Your eye on the future.

Thanks Michael, absolute champion. Dropped in with a small urgent brake problem on the way through to Harvey (on a Sat morning) Pretty sure Michael had better things to be doing than helping us out but put on the overalls and got it up on the hoist and sorted us out. Would be stoked to have a local mechanic as tidy and thorough as these guys

The owner was a very nice bloke and I cannot fault him for that at all. But it took 6.75 hrs to adjust just front wheel bearings, the job cost over $1000 and did not give me 7 days to pay the invoice. This made it very difficult for me for a fortnight between pay checks as it was double of what I was initially expecting. For reference, my local mechanic just did a swivel hub rebuild, adjusted the front wheel bearings (again) and new thermostat for less than $500. I find it hard to only give this establishment 1 stars but I was extremely disappointed how expensive the job was and it put me under a lot financial pressure. Great bloke and I understand he prides himself on quality work and I respect that. But over $1000 for a wheel bearing adjustment is outrageous, that extra $500 would of really been handy for food and rent that week! It is worth adding that the wheel bearings had to be adjusted again a few weeks later by another mechanic. I have had a dealership and 3 other mechanic shops quote me and all of them were below $600. I do not enjoy leaving a bad review but I am a young bloke and can't afford to be spending this sort of money for basic jobs. I will chase this issue up with consumer rights.
