Great Product. So handy to have something you can switch on and switch off as needed. Travelling to races that can be a week or only just a few days, its really great to be able to turn in on as I'm leaving home and switch it back off once I'm home safely. Site is super easy to use also which is nice.Great customer support and quick to answer any queries. Definitely recommend

Such an affordable and user friendly way to go about insurance for someone passionate about the outdoors and extreme sports. Paid $7 to cover myself during my canyoning trip in the Blue Mountains. Highly recommend it to the sporty people out there!

I agree, super easy and simple to use. I'm pretty sure you can set it to be on all the time, it takes the $9, then you can turn it off straight away but you're covered for the entire week because it's already pre-paid.

Very easy to use product. Login, turn it on before your event, set a phone reminder and turn it off after the event is over. Great to know you can race hard and have some extra coverage if the worse case scenario plays out. I use it for all my major races!

There customer service is terrible. I can't even say that their representatives are trained on etiquette. Some were passive aggressive. There were many typos in the chat replies. No one could ever answer a question.The website was not intuitive and didn't work very well. If there was an error that didn't let you move on, you were stuck trying to figure it out or try to communicate with their poor communicative customer service agents.I have recommended this vendor to a lot of people. This stops today... and I'm taking those client's with me.

Couldn't have asked for a more seamless product to cover me during my time on the slopes. Literally booked it upon arrival in Thredbo and it covered me across my ski weekend. Talk about peace of mind!
