FS8 Bowral
FS8 has been so beneficial for me, I have thoroughly enjoyed it. All the coach's have been welcoming, helpful and friendly, as a member of F45 as well, mixing up the training has been a positive improvement for me, both mentally and physically. The one class that I have really enjoyed is the ZEN class. I highly recommend FS8 to anyone as its suited for all.

I've only just moved to the area and I was looking for something to get my training spark back.Getting back into the swing of things can be daunting but the lovely team have made me feel welcome.The workouts are easy to follow and I look forward to seeing how each one will challenge me.Would defiantly recommend trying out FS8 Bowral!

Love the variety - every class is different and the mix between strength, body weight and reformer exercise's really gives you a full body workout every-time. I find the intensity enough to make the class enjoyable, but I still feel it the next day. We need more of these FS8 gyms around Aus!

Extremely warm and welcoming studio with wonderful Coaches that are professional and super friendly. Every class is fun but challenging and leaves you feeling energised and wanting to come back for more! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting a great workout with amazing coaches and state of the art equipment!

FS8 is amazing! I love mixing it up on the reformer and the mats and also the difference with each class, it’s always something new and interesting. The trainers are all so kind and encouraging and it is a wonderful atmosphere to work out in :)

Having not exercised in years I was hesitant starting - however the amazing staff are so warm and welcoming and happy to modify any exercises to my abilities. I now attend 3-4 times a week and am loving it! I love the variety of movements and exercises and the coaches knowledge and ability to make me feel comfortable - and they’re always up for a chat and laugh! I highly recommend FS8 if you’re looking for something low impact but effective!
