Amazing food and cocktails. Milly has to be the best bartender in Woopi, her service is 10/10 and she makes a great spicy marg. We will be coming back!!

Was overall a very good night (food was great, most staff were lovely), but the lady with a short bob haircut, wearing all pink with floral pants, who I assume is a manager of some kind, needs an attitude check. After announcing a dish wrong (therefore nobody instantly jumped to claim it as theirs), she shoved the next plate into my friend's hands, rolled her eyes and said how about I just give you the plates and you can figure it out yourselves!" before stalking back to the kitchen. The most overrated experience!!!On Saturday the 11th of February me and my gf went out for dinner on what became the most expensive and disgusting food experience I can record.We arrived at the restaurant at about 8pm on a saturday night, to our surprise the waiter told us that he was going to check if the kitchen was still open, I looked around and notice the restaurant was empty with two blokes having drinks at the bar and a couple sit inside finishing dinner, the waiter then said it was ok for us to have dinner. We sat and in about two min a waiter came and rushed us to order as the kitchen was closing in 10m, that was a sign right there that I should have left, I mean on a saturday night at 8pm restaurant closing, never a good sign.But let's talk about the dinning... We were told before sitting that they had two specials; a beef sirloin and a fish steak, we ordered both specials and a burrata salad to start. The waiter came back apologized and said they ran out of the fish, I was surprised how they could offer that as a special and run out of it at 8pm in an empty restaurant on a Saturday night. We then ordered the fish pasta (they were also out of the linguini), when I heard the chef arguing with the waiter demanding us to pick pizza instead of anything else. I was astonished how a chef can dictate what I eat is beyond me, just tell us next time you are closed!!! The burrata was served without sharing plates, I would understand if they were busy but that was not the case at all, then our wine, still no sharing plates. I then looked around and noticed that all the staff were seated at the bar having their meals while we were having ours, making our experience very unpleasant. The food was terrible, the steak was full of nerves and almost no meat, left 40% out on the plate, pasta and the calamari were frozen.Paid an heafy $130 bill , will never be back again and hope they change for future guests.

Had dinner there last Friday night. Was a little slice of authentic Mediterranean food all the way in the remote town of Woopi. Do yourself a favour and pull off the Pacific highway and have some world class food and drinks.

This is one of the best restaurants on the Coffs Coast, and our favourite place in Woopi. The food is fabulous — wonderful fresh seafood, true Italian flavours and great weekly specials make it something to look forward to every visit. The decor is so groovy and the service always friendly — it is such a gem.

It’s rare to find restaurants/cocktail lounges in regional Australia that are this good. Let’s start with seriously good tucker, add great wine and delicious cocktails then sprinkle love and effervescence and boom. Sunset Room in Woopi is just the magic I look for when travelling the east coast. At times when finding good staff this place oozes happy helpful faces. It’s a local favourite by the looks of things. The style and ambiance is something else. The backlit bar inside has to be a highlight and comes with a brilliant story.
