Junction Australia, now where do I start, ummm besides being of no useful help to a friend of mine in having no repairs done to their place when noted and constantly battling an ignorant and rather rude property manager, whom I've seen first hand at inspections. Paperwork not being recieved, then to find out a few days before hand there is an inspection and the following day received a letter for the inspection, infestation of vermin and nothing ever done about, the list of complaints is way to many to mention..... junction Australia, you need get your act together.

Very poor housing and the workers are extremely arrogant very rude and disrespectful, property management dose not do their Jobs property,AVOID IF POSSIBLE

The guy at the desk degraded and humiliated me, leaving me feeling like I am ungrateful and owe someone something, and it was all within 5 mins when I came there for information and a few words of support and hope. I returned to my temporary address and cried. Thanks so much junction

Junction is a great community Housing provider that wants to see its tenants lives changed and fulfilled.

Very rude accusing tenancy officer who thinks its ok to assume nonsense just because you dont answer a door quick enough? Yet property has been looked after above and beyond what is asked? A report to head office is currently in process.

Sandra and other housing manager are arrogant, rude, unhelpful, they don't give a dame about your house. I have to make 3 complaints about Sandra and other housing manager.Do not ever go with junction. THE WORKERS HAVE NO SPINE, NO UNDERSTAND, NO COMPANIONSHIP, NO EMPATHY, NO CARE IN THE WORLD.DON'T GO WITH THIS ORGANISE EVER.

I cannot thank Junction enough for relocating my husband and myself. The new place is everything we wished for, we are very happy with the house and the area.

Absolute joke I've now got a 2000 debt because my manager thinks its cool to hold the paperwork for 18months change things to suit her on it then submits bogus details and bam the debt ishere junction should be paying the debt and another thing I've never felt intimated in my own house one person should do my house inspection not two!!!

I'm part of the Oaklands Relocation,Whilst I was reluctant to move over to Junction Housing,Iv found them to be nothing but accommodating, respectful, empathetic towards already difficult times.The only thing I can say is matinence is challenging to get hold of,But that's the same with Housing SA too.Working with them, communication no matter how difficult and compromising works well

My relatives who rent through this organisation live with no cooling nor heating provided & poor insulation they have disabilities & suffer mentally & physically because of the lack of cooling & heating I find this extremely disturbing & disgusting when a organisation calm to care about people with disabilities & mental health issues there house is unliveable half of the year why should they pay rent for a house that’s unliveable & causes mental health issues & physical issues to become worse I find this to be very upsetting to see members of my family suffering so badly we don’t live in third world country this is unbelievable I guess the disadvantage humans don’t matter to corporations which is extremely sad
